Loyalist Decorative Painters Guild




Objectives of the Loyalist Decorative Painters Guild:  

To provide a meeting ground for those  who are interested in painting in any media.

To upgrade painting skills through education and communication.

To conduct educational workshops.

To broaden the members' knowledge and experience in all aspects of painting.        

Meetings are informative and educational with hands on painting.



Our next meeting of 2017 will be Tuesday November 14th at our regular time. Please check your email for further particulars on change of date.

Connie will be teaching the after meeting project

As requested by some of our members I will be teaching a small banner ornament on fiberglass screen.

The kit will be $5.00 and will include instructions, the surface as well as the fabric etc to complete the banner.

All paints will be supplied but I do ask you to bring a flat or round white bristle brush about a #8.

A liner brush.

Regular painting supplies.

I have a limited number of kits so if you are going to paint please pre order the kit if at all possible.

When : Meetings are held the second Wednesday of the month. There are no meetings during July and August.

Where: Carrying Place United Church Hall

Time: Coffee and Social Time at 6:30 pm. Meeting starts at 7:00pm

Remember to bring your regular painting supplies to
every meeting!

(Brushes, water bucket, tracing paper,
graphite paper, pencil, stylus, paper towels, wet or dry palette.)

Please bring your own coffee cup to meetings to reduce the amount of dishes!
